As a project manager for the Orange Money program, I have been involved in several key activities:
(Y2012) Leading the centralization of the 3 biggest Orange Money banking systems from local affiliates to France by:
• selling the project with on-site kick-offs
• defining the migration strategy and change management
• managing directly two projects managers and indirectly around ten stakeholders
• defining and following-up the risks, budgets and the planning
• managing the “crash program” communication for the executive management
(Y2011) Leading as a project manager the deployment of Orange Money in African country
• defining and following-up of the budget and the planning;
• managing the project from the prerequisites to the customer acceptance;
(Y2011) Leading the software upgrade of Orange Money Affiliate banking system:
• managing the project from the prerequisites to the commercial launch;
(Y2011) Transversal activities:
• organization and supervision of the steering committees with our suppliers
• definition and actualization of the Orange Money Deployment roadmap
• in charge of the Orange Money Deployment reporting
