J'ai travaillé 20 ans dans un grand groupe du secteur construction. J'y ai compris ce qui marchait et aussi ce qui ne marchait pas, plus ou pas encore. J'y ai vu le succès et la pertinence côtoyer l'adversité et la résignation. J'y ai entendu que l'on pouvait apprendre de l'échec... et aussitôt décidé de toujours capitaliser sur le succès ;-)

J'ai créé élément J pour rencontrer des leaders naturels et mettre mon intelligence émotionnelle et mon expérience au service de leurs idées, de leurs équipes et de la genèse de leurs projets... Pour Oser, Rêver, Voir loin et Voir Grand... Ensemble.

    Zürich 2010 - 2012 EBM (European Business Model) is a three years program to implement unique business processes across all Operating Companies of Holcim in Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. EBM Solution will contribute to the improvement of Holcim’s competitiveness through (better internal and external customer satisfaction (effectiveness) and lower internal costs (efficiency).

    EBM Change Management & Communications (CM&C) focus on:
    . Creating and implementing CM&C Strategy and Action Plans that minimize resistance and maximize engagement of all EMEA employees to the new EBM Solution
    . Driving faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization.

    Mission:
    Lead the assigned CM&C team to:
    . Define and run the CM&C Strategy and Action Plan throughout all EBM Program.
    . Ensure deliverables are performed at the required quality, within the defined time and in line with EBM standards.
    Drive and supervise integration of CM&C activities:
    . Ensure integrated approach across CM&C main activities
    (Change Impact Analysis, External/Internal Communications, Change Effectiveness, End User Mapping support and
    Stakeholders Management)
    Endorse accountability for CM&C delivery plan (within EBM Scope):
    . Act as SPOC for EBM CM&C in all EMEA area
    . Anticipate risks, identify issues and provide actions to mitigate them

  • Holcim Spain - Brand Manager

    2008 - 2010 Implementation and follow up of corporate values, brand identity and brand sustainability directives. Elaboration and implementation of corporate communications and marketing plans, media planning, communications campaigns and external events. Support to all communications projects. Customer loyalty plans and merchandising tools design and follow up.
  • Holcim Espagne - Corporate Communications Manager

    2003 - 2008 Assisting communications Director: Coordination of external and internal communications managers, preparation of annual action plans and leadership of corporate projects developed with Holcim Ltd.

    Projects: 2006 Holcim Spain Convention in Seville, 2007 Holcim Awards for Sustainable Construction local support, “Geocycle” new brand project coaching and “Sustainable Development Report 2007”.
  • Holcim France Benelux - Events & Internet Manager

    2000 - 2003 Organization of all internal/external communications events and Websites monitoring. Inaugurations, professional meetings and doors open days in production sites, sales team incentives and team building events, participation in several fairs in France and Belgium (TP Tech, NordBat, Batibouw).

    Projects: Local support to brand identity change to Holcim.

    Team: 1 webmaster, 1 iconographer.
