Being a Recruiter rocks!! What I like most in my job is the interaction with people (candidates, graduates, managers and providers). Meeting new people, sourcing valuable profiles, learning from their experience, helping managers fleshing out their roles and meeting deadlines is very challenging. I take personal satisfaction in my role of helping Mercer grow by finding the best and brightest and helping ensure the company’s success by making sure the right people are in place. Helping people progress in their career is also a wholly satisfying experience. Using different sourcing strategies and game plan in an ever changing environment means I never have the same work day twice.
