  • Conergy - Senior Product Manager PV Modules

    BRIGNOLES 2013 - 2014 Led the Modules Portfolio with global responsibility for schedules, budget, quality and sales (EUR 400m p.a.)

    - Developed customer-specific solutions for key markets (Asia)
    - Led an international Product Management team
    Results: Reduced the production introduction period from 8 to 5 weeks; secured major project orders (50 MW)
  • Sony - Manager Business Sustainability

    Puteaux 2007 - 2012 Strategy creation and deployment of sustainability initiatives for Sony Europe. New custom role created within the Operations & Transformation department.

    - Designed, launched and led Sony Europe’s “Sustainable Operations Initiative” (portfolio of 14 projects with 60 staff members from 15 countries across three divisions).
    Results: Savings of EUR 5m and 4,000 tCO2 per year
    - Built and implemented custom local sustainability strategies in Poland, Scandinavia, UK and France
    - Created staff collaboration networks
    - Initiated a “Sustainability Leadership Group” at Board level, advised on strategy definition and implementation
    - Led the project to develop new business ventures for Sony in the energy market, presented proposals (new Smart Grid and Demand Response services) to Sony Corporation and Sony Europe management
  • Sony - Project Manager for Belu Water (Sony secondment)

    Puteaux 2006 - 2007 Social Business start-up. Production and marketing of mineral water in compostable bottles with all profits donated to clean water projects.

    - Negotiated point-of-sale partnerships with retailers, designed and led direct mail campaigns
    - Drove the implementation of fundamental structures and processes in product design, manufacturing, sales, supply chain and back-office
    Results: Business and sustainability performance increase, 500% unit sales growth in 2006, break-even in 2008
  • Sony - Product Manager - Cologne (DE) & Barcelona (ES)

    Puteaux 2004 - 2005 - Led the market launch of "Nav-U" GPS navigation systems
    - Analyzed market potential and competition, sought product feedback
    - Planned yearly budgets and forecasted sales
    - Designed, led and presented in Spanish a dealer tour with events in 25 cities
    Result: After 4 months, Nav-U became No.2 in unit sales (13% market share)
