    ► Built excellent reputation and relationships with plants worldwide, external manufacturing and suppliers.
    ► Lead >20 risk assessments, using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) tools and trained these tools.

    Carlsberg, yielding ‘best in class’ results for client & supplier, in some cases with 10 fold
    performance improvements delivered by the project close.
    ► Manage New Product Development projects with key staff from client & supplier organisation
    alike.

    ► Deploy ‘Lean’ tools, 5S, Kaizen & Single Minute Exchange of Dies, reducing set-up times by up to 20%

    ► Communicate with & personally make time for Shifts across day & night, to support 24-hour operations.
