Built and executed aggressive business plans to grow international key accounts Carrefour International, Darty Group, Euronics, Fnac Europe, MSH: formulated account plans, penetration strategies and customer opportunity maps, negotiated legal contracts, terms and conditions, facilitated senior management meetings.
Maintained leadership in digital photo frame market in France, and increased Telefunken market share from 23% to 48% in 36 months in a decreasing market.
Worked with all levels and with all divisions within customers’ organization to ensure successful launch and sell-through of new categories: iLuv mobile accessories, Telefunken GSM telephones and audio business
