As IT Manager, I was responsible for:
1) the Leading of the IT Department:
• Managing the delivery of a timely, cost effective and quality technical solutions
• Defining and Managing budget & planning
• Reporting of the activities to the Director of the Company
2) Recruiting & Managing the IT team
• that develops the applications used by our internal departments
• that supports our internal departments in Software & Hardware troubleshooting resolution
3) the Network & System Administration
• Network Administration: Setting up LAN & VPN, Support of Routers and Switches...
• System Administration: Maintenance of servers, Active Directory, Information Storage...
