In charge of the management, organization, coordination of a platform of 10 "change management" projects (Module of P8 program) which aim at improving Customer Support and generating Services for Airbus.
Main tasks are:
- To Support Head of Customers FIRST Programme in steering the teams of project leaders and reporting to their upper level by providing indicators and analysis (KPI, Dashboard, etc)
- To analyse information collected and indicators to anticipate deviations from project baseline
- To contributes to the analysis of projects and solutions development
- To ensure reporting and communication activities at n+2 level and Power8 level (operational and financial reporting/communication)
- To update departement action plan tracking related to FIRST Projects and global platform management

- Training Products for A380. These training devices use virtual reality in order to reproduce and interact with a virtual aircraft mock-up linked or not to a simulator. They are used to bring the aircraft into the classroom to learn systems and practice maintenance tasks.
