- Master of HR tools & processes (HR administration and payroll, performance/competency management knowledge, support implementation of C&B/International mobility policies, recruitment & staffing support, IR overview).
- Conduct HR projects( HR workshop roll out, FTE & TCOE dashboard implementation, Climate Survey, OnBoarding)
- Provide HR report (Time management, HR risk, HR/Financial scorecard, HR Challenges, Workforce).
- Implement the HR strategy, Business - Organization knowledge.
- Luxembourgish Labor law.
- Good exposure to international working environnement in industrial area
- Experience in Multinational companies/ Growing Business/Buyout context
-Open minded, adapt easily to different people and ongoing change in a multicultural environment, flexibility, confidently make decisions, apply rules as appropriate, internal customers and results oriented, analytical skills ,make time available to advise others when need, interface with HR and managers worldwide, share ideas, expertise and resource within the team.
