    Senlis 2002 - 2006 - Management of European IT Retail (France, Spain, Hungary) and French IT operations – 45 FTE – 15 M$
    - Definition and implementation of an IT governance in full alignment with Office DEPOT strategic plan (review of internal service contracts, implementation of service level agreements, implementation of KPI…)
    - Implementation of a new international ERP for the retail division in Europe. Implementation of JDA MMS 4R5 for Supply Chain and product flow management – Windss POS – JD Edwards – Finance.
    - Opening of 21 stores in France and 12 in Europe
    - Opening of two 20.000m² distribution centres and a 250 position customer service centre.
    - Reduction by 15% of the IT cost structure – Negotiation of contracts and optimization of procurement.
  • Office DEPOT - Integration project Manager

    Senlis 2000 - 2002 - Definition of brand position for Office DEPOT and Viking: Brand audits, definition of the brand platform associated with unique selling propositions.
    - Mapping of operation and production flows: analysis of internal and external processes, reengineering of customer facing processes, reengineering of supply chain, financial and related IT flows.
    - Management of the IT PMO: management of functional and business analysis, management of the IT project portfolio and resource allocation process to support integration between Office DEPOT and Viking units.
