    COLOMBES 2014 - maintenant • Manage a team of 8 technicians/operators.
    • Communicates status of operations, troubleshoots process issues, safety and maintenance issues with USP Area Management.
    • Ensure Manufacturing team members are trained to perform all assigned functions and tasks.
    • Familiar with UCB business systems (SAP, TrackWise, Syncade, Delta V).
    • Support or replace technicians/operators.

    • Participated in the qualification of the production area and equipment in the new UCB biotech plant in Bulle.
    • execute and document cGMP Biomanufacturing activities (EBR) :
     Performs bioreactor operations including assembly, sterilization (SIP), setup, Inoculation, cleaning (CIP)
     Perform chromatography operation (primary isolation)
     Process and monitor cell culture to ensure physical parameters (pH, pO2, optical density, etc.) are consistently and clearly met.
     Maintain the area and its equipment in a clean state.
     Take samples needed for the monitoring of the area
     Perform aseptic techniques within in a clean room environment (BSC work practices)
     In Process Control (ph, OD, DCW, lactose concentration...)

  • Vifor Pharma - Technicien fermentation

    2011 - 2014 - Inoculating (in BSC), Fermentation, harvesting pathogenic bacteria in a cGMP and biosafety level2 environnement.
    - Process and monitor culture products to ensure physical parameters (pH, pO2, optical density, etc.) are consistently and clearly met
    - Clean, troubleshoot, and load processing equipment
    - Maintain the area and its equipment in a clean state.
    - Participate in the drafting of documents necessary for production activities (procedures) .

  • Jungbunzlauer - Conducteur de procédés fermentation

    2006 - 2011 Preparation of culture media and perform cell cultures (yeast and mold ) for small scale and large scale ( 400 L , 8000 L, 800 m3)
    operate and monitor fermentation process of sodium gluconate and erythritol .
    operate purification process (filtration, decolorization , evaporation, crystallization , separation and drying).
    Analysis of the product being manufactured and correctives actions on the process .
    Perform manual operation on the installation
