  • Senoble - Ingredient Buyer

    JOUY 2012 - maintenant Responsabilites:

    Due to a particular context at the end of 2012 / beginning of 2013, I had the opportunity to be operationally responsible of the entire ingredient portfolio for more than 4 months.

    Since then I am working with the Lead Buyer and I am now in charge of several families for an overall budget of more than 20 Million while leading projects related to other families.

    My main activities are to:
    • Apply and control the respect of the Purchasing Policy
    • Establishes the procurement strategy and ensures adhesion of the various stakeholders
    • Implement actions/projects specified in the Performance Agreements established with the various Business Units
    • Negotiate with suppliers taking into account the time, cost, quantity, quality and maintenance
    • Participate to initiative in terms of standardization and optimization of needs
    • Contribute to the program of market intelligence
    • Do regular communications related to market conditions, trends, evolution of prices, risks, etc.
    • Provide reports on categories: performance indicators
  • Senoble - Overhead Buyer

    JOUY 2012 - 2012 The mains responsibilities of the mission are to:

    1) Non Production Activities

    • Improve the group’s performance while managing directly non-production purchasing categories under the supervision of the buyer ( General expenses contracts, supplies and industrial materials, services, …);

    • Manage the supplier panel using various indicators to implement;
    • Follow up the contracts;
    • Source new solutions/suppliers et rationalize the provider’s panel;
    • Actively seek new solutions to deploy a continuous improvement path for the supplier’s performance and tools to monitor these purchasing families;
    • Track the purchasing data into the information system;

    • Perform market research and define a purchasing strategy consistent with the Group Purchasing Policy;


    • Implement framework agreements;


    • Insure the disposal of external services at the best cost, within the required time and with the level of quality and service negotiated in a process of overall cost.

    2) Audit of the Italian Subsidary

    • Analysis of the Purchasing families (ingredients, packaging, non-production) using ABC models;

    • Capitalize on the group experience and strengths in order to define areas for improvement and define the respective teams;


    • Assess the profitability of the potentials actions;

    • Implementation of the viable actions with the designated team.
