    Benchmark and e-sourcing to find new opportunities and reduce number of supplier by LTContracts via creation and implementation of a costbreakdown standard (around 500 suppliers in 2004 / 390 in 2005 / 300 in 2006 / 255 in 2007)

    Transition project to produce parts in eastern europe : contacts, meetings, sourcing.

    Cost reduction action plans & implementation (1.2M€ reduction in 3 years) + Lead a productivity project involving Production Buyers (0.8M€ in 2005)

    Project management (PO, logistic, suppliers’ planning).Interactivity with the coordinator based in Spain to ensure time deliveries following the BOM (Bill of Material). Results : 60 K€ savings and respect of the lead times

    Purchasing coordination and procurement flow: Suppliers based worldwide delivering in France. Negotiation of cost transportation, incotherms, planning & payment with 20+ suppliers (ex: Denso, Leoni, Meridian) nominated by LR. Spot actions on urgent and critical prototype parts (steel and aluminium brackets) with negotiation and functional analysis delivering 20% savings

    2001 - 2002 PROJECT BUYER J84 - Water-tightness, driving mirrors and windows.

    Management of Supplier Relationship in line with cross department needs.
    Responsible for delivering project’s QCDP targets for the suppliers’ panel.
    Involved in conducting Kaizen process to suppliers’ production line
    Main activities: sourcing, make or buy, cost reduction plan, campaign, capability.

    Results : met or exceeded all KPIs (mainly QCD)
    Bottom Line: (+/- 8 Mos € investments) annual savings: 1.5 Mos €
  • Rhodia Chem Italia - PURCHASING MANAGER ASSISTANT – MRO BUYER

    1999 - 2001 Created a spend mapping process (baseline) and delivered an action plan. Main actions delivered in non production items as part of a Global cost improvement initiative.

    Results: 40% savings on paper & printing and 90% supplier reduction.
