Passionate and diligent hospitality student, I have been recently graduated from a Double Bachelor degree with First Class Honours in International Hospitality Management at the University of Brighton (UK) and the Ecole de Savignac (France). This degree gave me the opportunity to travel all around Europe on different campuses and also for different internships. It has enabled me to gain further knowledge and skills within the back of house areas, front of house, food and beverage, conference and banqueting, reception and kitchen.
I am currently undergoing a Master in International Business from the GGSB – Grenoble Graduate School of Business at the Beihang University in Beijing (China). This program enables me to progress in a multicultural environment in order to develop and diversify my skills but also to learn from the local culture and acquire a better understanding of International Business Management.
My professional, academic and personal background gave me the opportunity to become an open-minded person, enjoying new challenges, discovering new cultures and meeting new people. Those past three years helped me developing my interpersonal and adaptation skills as well as improving my team play.
I do believe that there is much more than a simple job beyond the word “Hospitality” which has become for me a real way of thinking and behaving.
I am currently looking for a one-year internship in the marketing department of a hotel group, in Paris, starting from September 2015.
“If nothing makes you happier than making other people happy, then Hospitality is a great industry for you”.
