Delighted by technical projects management but also by economical questions and cost optimization I do appreciate in first order the management of relationship with suppliers.
After many years involved to developp and manage technical projects & teams for strategic innovations like Particules filter ("Filtre à particules")for diesel motors and other elètectronic systems like Keyless go ( system able to autorize access to car and starting motor without key ), I manage the purchasing relation beetween PSA and suppliers for telematics systems, radio systems, clusters and others including RFQ, developments, costs improvements in production and so on. Since a few months, I manage the purchasing functions for a new worldwide strategic program.
