    2013 - 2020 In 2015 I overtook the role of Pre Sales Director supporting a team of 4 to 7 Sales Manager. Architect of the sales cycle, challenging and meeting customer expectations in term of solution design, building offers, organizing demonstrations. I was also in charge of monitoring SAP new intelligent suite of applications, identifying concrete business cases to promote new areas of development for our prospects and customers.

    2010 - 2013 At the merge of Aegis & SOA People in Oct. 2010, I have been in charge of the alignment of both companies strategies in term of marketed solutions, customer portfolio, project methodologies & guidance, people management and internal procedures.
    In parallel I kept the role of Sales Director managing a team of 3 Sales Managers.
  • AEGIS CONSULTING - CEO

    1998 - 2010 Founder/ Director – Privately owned Company.
    In charge of Sales, Marketing, Finance & Legal, I ran the operations with the support of 4 mid operation managers and 4 sales manager.
    The business was first operated in Lyon area, then developed to Paris, Lille & Switzerland, with 4 sales managers acting in large & medium size companies, and a team of consultants running projects from SAP ERP implementations to optimizations, new products or features additions, and production support.
    I have been in direct contact with customers, Executive Management, Project Teams and Final Users, driving project while meeting quality & cost objectives, handling sensitive situations, advising & challenging strategies.
    These activities took place in sectors as different as machinery construction, pharmaceutics, chemical, services, and represented a daily challenge in adapting to multiple organizations and understanding specific expectations.
    Aegis Consulting grew from 0 (founded in April 1998) to a recognized SAP Gold Partner, generating a revenue of 10 M€ with 100 employees, delivering value to more than 300 customers.
  • Nestlé - SAP Coordinator

    Marne La Vallée Cedex 2 1995 - 1998 Reporting directly to the SAP CoC Management, I was in charge of coordinating global Finance & Controlling projects, supporting US & European subsidiaries in the implementation of group driven solutions. Analysis, development, internal sale, implementation & support of 3 major projects related to group reporting processes, driven with SAP project management teams located in 5 countries.
  • SAP France - Consultant

    Paris 1990 - 1994 Lead multiple implementation projects as Finance & Controlling senior consultant, both in large corporations (Unilever, Amadeus, Sanofi Pasteur) and in small businesses. As a trainer, I have conducted multiple sessions for customers, both in French and English. Active in pre-sales activities.
  • Sema Group - Operation manager

    Bezons 1988 - 1990 Managing a team of 6 consultants, I have lead or participated to more than 40 implementation of an integrated software in small & medium companies.
    In direct contact with the development team in Brussels, I played a major role in the design and testing of the new versions.
  • ITT Data System France - Logistic Planner

    1985 - 1986 Responsible for the procurement of more than 300 references, collecting actual sales, forecasts, inventories & vendor information's. Key User for the implementation of a new ERP.
