In 2015 I overtook the role of Pre Sales Director supporting a team of 4 to 7 Sales Manager. Architect of the sales cycle, challenging and meeting customer expectations in term of solution design, building offers, organizing demonstrations. I was also in charge of monitoring SAP new intelligent suite of applications, identifying concrete business cases to promote new areas of development for our prospects and customers.

In charge of Sales, Marketing, Finance & Legal, I ran the operations with the support of 4 mid operation managers and 4 sales manager.
The business was first operated in Lyon area, then developed to Paris, Lille & Switzerland, with 4 sales managers acting in large & medium size companies, and a team of consultants running projects from SAP ERP implementations to optimizations, new products or features additions, and production support.
I have been in direct contact with customers, Executive Management, Project Teams and Final Users, driving project while meeting quality & cost objectives, handling sensitive situations, advising & challenging strategies.
These activities took place in sectors as different as machinery construction, pharmaceutics, chemical, services, and represented a daily challenge in adapting to multiple organizations and understanding specific expectations.
Aegis Consulting grew from 0 (founded in April 1998) to a recognized SAP Gold Partner, generating a revenue of 10 M€ with 100 employees, delivering value to more than 300 customers.

Analysis, development, internal sale, implementation & support of 3 major projects related to group reporting processes, driven with SAP project management teams located in 5 countries.
