    * Mission de la plateforme QRS : Afin de veiller à ce que Sanofi Pasteur soit le premier sur le marché, répondre aux attentes globales des clients de la plate-forme QRS, en fournissant l'excellence dans les activités transversales et opérationnelles, en se concentrant sur les personnes et garantissant la qualité et la conformité

    * Principaux objectifs :
    Fournir les ressources et l'expertise pour soutenir les activités et les services opérationnels dans les départements Recherche en France et aux USA
    * En s'assurant que les activités GxP sont mises en œuvre, conduites et suivies conformément aux exigences réglementaires applicables ;
    * En apportant le support nécessaire aux plateformes des départements Recherche en France et aux USA afin de conduire les activités avec le niveau de qualité nécessaire
    * En assurant la mise en œuvre et la maintenance des applications informatiques, y compris l'administration des systèmes électroniques, de gestion des données et documents, processus d'inventaire et de gestion des stocks afin de permettre aux scientifiques de fournir la documentation requise dans le cadre des activités réglementaires
    * En apportant le support nécessaire pour conduire les activités du département Recherche France dans le respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et d'environnement et de sureté. ;

    This position reports to the PTR (Preclinical & translational Research) Department head and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality and Regulatory support for the Research and NCS (Non Clinical Safety) function in France and in US and, for some transversal activities, for PRD function.

    The purpose of the job is divided into three major responsibilities:

    1 – Head of the Quality & Regulatory Science Platform
    • Support the Research and NCS function, departments and platforms in support activities (Quality, Submitable documents, HSES, Informatics, Lab Notebooks, etc) to sustain Research and NCS activities
    • Coordinate the various support activities with the allocated resources at the platform level
    • Facilitate the interface with Quality Assurance (SQO department), Information Services, and HSES departments.

    2 – Business System Owner of informatics applications
    As Business System Owner, assure implementation and maintenance of these applications globally for Research & PRD functions including electronic systems administration, data & document management, inventory process and stock management in collaboration with IS department.

    3 – The PTR Head of Department delegates permanently to the Quality and Regulatory Science Platform Leader the following responsibilities associated with the Good Laboratory Practices :
    • Oversight of the review of validation documentation and provide final approval of validation reports for equipment, informatics systems, relevant Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) for Research and NCS departments.
    • Oversight management and final approval of the master schedule for PTR Department
    • Appoint the "Coordinateur des archives de proximité" for Buildings X and XNorth
    • Oversight of quality training for personnel in the department
    • The authorization to use Informatics Systems and validated equipment
    • Being informed of the inspection reports and outcomes
    • Ensure the availability of documentation on personnel and on their qualifications and training.

    4 – “Responsable HSES des bâtiments X/XNord”
    The Platform Head of Quality and Regulatory Science shall become the Appointed “Responsible des bâtiments” for Buildings X and XNorth

    5 - HSES manager R&NCS function
    As part of the linked activities with the use of microorganisms and toxins (MOTs)
    • Ensures that any manipulation of MOT been specifically authorized
    • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for the design of thefacilities, equipment and any other system of the facilities
    • Ensures the implementation of biological safety and security measures and rules of good practice applicable to its activities. It reports to the Risk Manager compliance with those measures
    • Ensures the completion of the initial and ongoing training on safety and biosecurity requirements for staff
    • Ensures recovery of any anomalies, incidents or accidents that may put or endangering the health of people and the security of facilities and products
    • Ensures compliance procedures for monitoring and control of facilities, equipment and materials, as well as the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
    • Maintain a list of equipment, materials and critical consumables and implements management

    * Mission de la plateforme O&S : Afin de veiller à ce que Sanofi Pasteur soit le premier sur le marché, répondre aux attentes globales des clients de laplate-forme O&S, en fournissant l'excellence dans les activités transversales et opérationnelles, en se concentrant sur les personnes et garantissant la qualité et la conformité

    * Principaux objectifs :
    * Fournir l'expertise et les ressources nécessaires pour soutenir les activités et les services opérationnels dans NCPP
    * Fournir un soutien transversal pour assurer les activités support de NCPP en particulier la sous-traitance, la qualité, la gestion des données et des documents, la logistique
    * Continuellement explorer / scanner l'environnement afin de proposer et de mener des projets technologiques / activités pertinentes afin de soutenir notre mission
