Nathalie has led successful partnerships with customers working in the Life Sciences, Banking, Retail, Industry, Public Sector and Energy sectors (France / International).
She has played a key role in developing new business opportunities and has led large and complex deal shaping initiatives for strategic customers (up to $300 M).
She has led Business Units covering infrastructure & Cloud, ADM (Application, Development and Maintenance), BPO, engineering and consulting activities for large accounts or multiple customers (over $170M and 2700 people), working across multiple locations (onsite and offshore) and improving the activities through industrialization, continuous improvement/innovation and automation.
To improve time to market and business value, she has fostered innovation and led the transformation by implementing Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps and advising on cloud adoption/migration.
