Within 7 months, I putted in place with my team of 5 people all processes between internal and external organization concerning a consultative approach

My team was in charge of doing audit of industrial sites, define improvements and propose an overall solution to increase
Profitability.
Audit of production data, general specifications, production plan definition with evaluation of ROI
Coordination of ERP implementation for each custumer
Pre sales coordination for any software needs realted to production data management and printing management system.
Results :
In 7 month by applying new processes and new sales method the turn-over was multiplied per 2.8 and the amount in Euro of
prospects pipeline per 5.

Responsible for coordinating international strategy BtoB, worldwide manager GDS implementation and Purchase
During this period I managed a team of five people, was responsible for a budget of 2 million Euros. I led three major international projects
around the MDM, specifically on the Implementation of the GDS into Carrefour countries (PIM implementation with IBM, DataPool implementation with
1Sync, and setting global standards on data exchange with GS1. I was also in charge of reverse auctions with Agentrics's tool. On this occasion I was able
to define and implement action plans with each country to develop the business with the top 30 suppliers of the Carrefour Group. I was the key account manager for each country and each supplier concerning MDM approach., collaborative space, auctions...So I have actively contributed to the definition and implementation of the strategy BtoB in France and abroad also as participating in international company involved as a representative of Carrefour.

Within an organization and IT team, I was in charge of three Managers and of all processes and projects related to MDM (pre-referential, GDS analysis) for Carrefour France. My mission was to analyze and optimize business processes and organizations related to the repository Carrefour, simplify relations with vendors and gain time to market for the Supply chain.
Main realizations were:
First, the definition and delivery of an external web site in which each supplier came to fill the product sheet normalized with GS1 standards
Second, the definition and delivery of a pre referential tool to collect data from the web site, and implement controls to check accuracy, reliability of product data description provided.
