As I was interested in foreign languages I travelled abroad. All those international experiences opened my mind to different cultures. That is how I decided to deepen my knowledge in this field and enrolled in a master degree in Cross Cultural Human Resources.
It is essential to me to manage those different cultures in the workplace in order for diversity to become an asset for the company's productivity. Besides, I am deeply convinced that cross-cultural training is necessary for any expat to smooth integration in the host society and to speed up adaptation to a new work environment. International mobility follow up must be effective months before departure and months after expatriation as well as all over the contract.
On this purpose I have the long term ambition to open up my own business in Global Mobility and Cross Cultural Consulting to help international companies deal with some long and strssful administration process. Moreover, my cross-cultural expertise will be such an added value for the expat to get relevant knowledge and awareness to integrate and re-integrate easily and enjoy all the benefits of this experience. After expatriation, my role will be to assist the ex-expat in implementing all skills and assets acquired along the expatriation.
