    Bois-Colombes 1999 - 2012 Since end 2008, responsible of Performance and Contract management in CMA CGM Systems, particularly in charge of contract changes, SLA, operations management, budget forecast and follow up, sales contributions (> 100 M€/year).
    By end 2006, CMA CGM SYSTEMS creation, Joint Venture between IBM and CMA-CGM , In charge of transition phase and transformation projects initialization.
    By end 2003, IBM ITD division, IT Transition and Transformation of REXEL SO account (DC concentration and front office applications consolidation).
    Between 2001 and 2003, in charge of IBM GBS business in Orléans as a solution manager (Application management services sales and support).
    Between 1999 and 2001, acting as project team leader at GIE Comète - Crédit Agricole on a significant program including migration from Bull to IBM platform of the core banking application system in coexistence with the current development plan, EMU conversion and Credit package integration.
    Between 1998 and 1999, as a project manager, I leaded successfully the sales forces solution remint for OUEST France newspaper publisher and a project of multi channels development (audiotex, videotex, Web and fax) for Credit Agricole bank. I achieved nearly 2 M$ of revenue in this job in 1998 and 2,5 M$ in 1999 .
    In 1997, I participated during one year to the judicial expertise in a contentious business, in IBM legal department.
    Between 1993 and 1996, project team leader for main Insurance companies as GMF and FGA and leaded complex system integration projects. Reengineering of main processes and IS plan consolidation of EURALLIANCE, Insurance Company specialized in Life products.
    Between 1990 and 1993, in charge of 5 to 10 people dedicated to application development in IBM France IS, international environment.
