The cost, quality and uninterrupted supply of raw materials is very important to the success of my business. I act as a Regional empowered technical coordinator responsible to network within the Automotive community then communicate decisions regarding raw material supply situations. Key roles are :
- Project management of test work plans, results communication, and decisions regarding changes in our raw material supply. The time from project initiation to a technical go/no go decision is an important success factor.
- Interface with the Automotive technical team managers and supply chain to coordinate efficient raw material transitions.
- Responsible for the management of the European Formula Cost Reduction (FCR) program – all technologies.
- Standardize the technical teams’ communication with Sourcing / Purchasing, R&D, resin development centers, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply chain teams.
Dimension : 5 to 6 MM€ of Cost reduction per year / 200 projects / 1500 Raw Materials.
