J'encadre une équipe de 9 collaborateur dont 8 commerciaux ainsi qu'une vétérinaire technique sur la région Nord ouest. Ce secteur génère chez ZOETIS un CA de 15 millions d'euros pour le business vétérinaire animaux de compagnie.

    9 countries team members – 2005 Vaccine Franchise sales of $42 Mil. sales.
    -Conducted a technical and a marketing review of the European vaccine market in order to develop a short-term strategy to generate growth.
    Proposed short-term technical solutions and product differentiation to maintain a 15-year-old range in a very competitive environment.
    -Worked closely with clinical, New Product Marketing and Regulatory to propose a road map strategy, and increase the internal focus around the vaccine business.
    -Worked with the US vaccine marketing team to develop a common understanding of the global market trends and competitor strategy.

    Launch Products

    - Marketing leader for Slentrol, a new product category for canine obesity.
    -Closely involved in the market research for Slentrol :
    -Veterinary and consumer perception of current treatment options around obesity and uptake of Slentrol
    -Establish internal and external brand positioning and messaging

    -Developed and implemented marketing plans, and value added tools for veterinary clinics.
    -Repositioned Stronghold resulting in +70 % Vol. and +20 % sales increase in 10 months.
    -Established generic strategy for a leading antibiotic to minimize product erosion.
