Olivier is Director in the PwC's Consulting practice in France. He has a 13 years experience on Information Technology and operation effectiveness, advising companies in various sectors (telecom, industry, services) in Europe and in the us and for some local authorities, in the public sector. Olivier is in charge of the development of the PwC consulting IT & innovation activities in the Telecom&Media practice.
He has been involved in key IT transformation projects (including IT organization, IT strategy, IT governance, systems deployment, IT outsourcing) and in this context he has led large international transformation undertakings. In addition, Olivier has capitalized a significant experience in the domains of :
- IT strategy,
- IT Due diligence (buy side and sell side) and IT audit
- IT project management
- IT infrastructure outsoucing and cloud computing (IaaS, SaaS)
- payment gateway
- e-procurement

Olivier is also working on the subject of R&D efficiency and on innovative Technology. He has led the French PwC survey called "Innovation and performance - where's your R&D at?" which aims at providing a global view of the current trends in terms of organization, management, strategy of the R&D functions in France.
