    * Manage a team of 15 members in charge of :
    * Analyse of all the technical criteria impacting the technical documentation
    * Evaluation and authoring for the specific criteria managed internally
    * Mastering and validation of all the subcontracted activities ;
    * Lead the technical operations ;
    * Assign the means for the internal/external activities according to the objectives defined within the
    department (quality, cost and associated lead-time)
    * Launch corrective and preventive actions that can allow the achievement of the objectives
    * Suggest improvements of the process ;
    * Share the workload within the team and define priorities ;
    * Manage budget:
    * Provide inputs for AOP and production forecast for subcontracted activities
    * Contribute to define and follow the Make or Buy policy
    * Manage social aspects:
    * Ensure that the development of internal competencies with a dedicated training plan adapted to needs
    and potential
    * Propose the individual wage increases and the promotions to the hierarchy
    * Ensure the staff's motivation: communicate, listen actively to the staff and continuously help them to
    achieve defined goals
    * Participate in the updates of the quality assurance system and in the authoring of the specifications of the
    subcontracted activities

    * Represent the Airbus Operations end users for all the projects impacting the technical data perimeter ;
    * Main Outputs:
    * Ensure the authoring of the IPC/AMM/SRM/NTM (ATA 05-2X/06/25/52 to 57) for all programs
    within the contractual led-times when ensuring the respect of the Quality and cost objectives.
    * Ensure the completeness and availability of the technical data which will allow the customers to
    optimize the maintenance of their fleet.

  • Technical Data - Manual Production Coordinator - AIRBUS - Customer Service

    2008 - 2013 * Coordinate production of four maintenance and repair documentations on structural chapters
    * Organize workload sharing for the 7 internal FTE and the four subcontracting company
    * Provide training and technical assistance to the team ;
    * Ensure on time, on quality and on cost production ;
    * Prepare forecasts and AOP elements ;
    * Participation to projects and LEAN initiatives: Project SIMPLE SRM IMPROVED AND LEAN
    * Contribute to transnational major project steps (VSM, Brainstorming, Risk analysis)
    * Responsible to develop collaborative work between CoE repair and SED in a pilot phase and to
    promote the outcomes across the whole transnational community
    * Secure extended enterprise contribution to AIRBUS maintenance/reparation documentation for Nacelles
    including Air Inlet (Goodrich/Aircelle)
    * define and secure process and interfaces, contribution to contract definition
    * Represent SEDM2 team in transnational meetings ;
    * Ensure ascending and descending reporting (to management, projects leaders, team)
