- Drive a network (functional manager) of 6 Plant HSE Managers
- Support Programs & Plants on HSES matters and ensure compliance with Mandatory and other rules and requirements
- Assess present risks and propose solutions to improve HSES
- Provide comprehensive priority based details to show the estimated HSES monetary budget needs for each site within the region.
- Provide comprehensive analysis of regional accidents and highlight key areas in need of improvement.
- Implement the HSE Group policy within the Division

- Ensure the follow-up and the consolidation of the monthly reporting of key performance indicators
- Update and circulate best practices in prevention and protection matters in all the plants of the Division and towards the Product Group
- Since 2013: Assist sites by reviewing security contracts & by conducting, documenting and circulating to BG level site security audit findings
