Recently I am the R&D Project Manager for Valmy, a Venezuelan cosmetic company. In this role I lead different projects (Sun care products, Color cosmetics and Skin Care products) I'm always developing, I'm researching or reformulating products; Collaborating with many departments to realize innovative products in time.
Before joining Valmy, I worked in L'Oréal (Paris-France), and I was lucky enough to work with amazing people that love the research and development of cosmetics as much as me. Experience that lead me expand my knowledges in cosmetics and new technologies.
I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other colleagues and people in the cosmetics or chemistry area. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of develop a project is see how our ideas of product are transformed in time. And also I love when people feel identified and create a close link with our product.
I consider myself a leader constantly growing, because I am a true believer that we never stop learning and so we reinvent ourselves to remain the best. Colleagues know me like a humble, talkative, friendly, curious and collaborator person. I am a multi-linguist, I speak fluent Spanish, French and English and just a little of Italian.
I have a Master's degree in Chemistry from Aix-Marseille University specialized in Cosmetics formulation and Commercialization in Fine Chemistry.
