  Build the follow the sun organization and lead the team to perform the following daily tasks:
  
  • Ensure surveillance continuity of all datacenters equipment’s and applications in 24/7
  • Perform resolution of 80% of the 1st level technical incidents or address to the 2nd level
  • Handle each critical system incident within 5 minutes, and forward to the relevant support
  group
  • Write and track every tickets till the final resolution
  • Build and present weekly reports of KPI.

• Faurecia - IT Area Manager Afrique et Moyen Orient

  • Leading relationship with Plant managers and Business Group Directors
  • Be accountable for the IT design, implementation and support for the production entities
  • Responsible to maintain up to date the on site IT system and industrial IT
  • Secure critical Just In Time process and infrastructure
