Primary function
Responsible for the definition and implementation of ITSM industry standard best practices (e.g. Information Technology Infrastructure Library, ITIL) cross the delivery organization in the new customer accounts. Develops business plan, training strategy. Works throughout the lifecycle of a deal with customers’ representatives (Infrastructure Support Managers, Client Manager and the Account Delivery Manager) to retain customers and build the business. Improving efficiency by driving community of practices cross all the deals. Improve productivity by auditing customers accounts.
Profile
Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration. ITIL V3 Expert and ISO 20K Consultant Manager Certified. Proven planning, process management and large/complex program management skills. Proven skills to lead and align distributed/diverse teams. Interpersonal skills and ability to influence key people. Experience of driving external and hp internal partnership relationships. Ability to lead and achieve exemplary results in complex global, matrix environments. Successful past engagements leading major projects with significant management of change. Independent decision making and problem solving. Fluency in English and French languages.
