Je travaille pour la sous-division Finance de marché qui recrute des profils en intérim, CDD et CDI.
Cibles: Asset Management, Banques privées, BFI, Sociétés de Bourse, Private equity…
- Développement commercial
- Gestion de tout le processus de recrutement (rédaction d'annonces, sélection de cv, entretiens et présentation de candidats short-listés à nos clients).
- Suivi du candidat et de son intégration.
- Type de postes traités : fonctions support (back / middle office, assistanat front office, reporting-analyse de performances, maîtrise d’ouvrage, gestion de projets...), fonctions front (gérants, banquiers privés...), fonctions de contrôle et d’analyse (contrôle interne, compliance, risk management, analyse financière...), fonctions commerciales et marketing (sales, product specialist, chargé d’appels d’offre...), fonctions financières et comptables (Contrôleur financier, Contrôleur de gestion, DAF...)...etc.

Resources and Logistics (RAL) is a French consultancy firm which, since its creation in 1992, has been highly involved in managing projects for public organizations such as the European Commission, Devco, DG Research and DG Regio. The technical assistance provided by RAL covers all the stages of the project cycle management (design, implementation, monitoring, assessment, evaluation). RAL has successfully undertaken projects in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Eastern Europe.
RAL together with its subsidiary company ECO3 based in Brussels, has gained in-depth experience in the fields of: Institutional development and Capacity Building, Twinning projects, Support to Non State Actors (Civil society, NGOs), Health, preparation and management of structural funds (ESF, ERDF) and the preparation of European Commission’s Horizon 2020 projects .
