1. My work focused on IT and Management consulting activities to help Ascenture improve its business performance. Ascenture is an international distributor of electronic components.
2. My first contribution is having trained Ascenture's business team to understand and use CRM and Order Management System well, transferring into a set of practical operations.
3. My second contribution is having helped Ascenture optimize its business processes, covering its operations both in Paris and in China.
4. My third contribution is having proposed a Business Competitive Abilities Improvement solution, based on business chain analysis.

1. As a PMO of Global Chief Information Officer division at Alcatel Headquarters, I worked with two international expert teams on two projects: Global CIO Strategy Framework development, optimizing the Global IT Projects Governance Process.
2. My responsibilities included: proposing the processes’ KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), reviewing and challenging the intermediate deliverables of other 8 experts as well as integrating them into final deliverables, helping the director manage the two projects.

1. From 1997 to 2004, I had worked there for 7 years in different fields: enterprise application development and deployment, IT infrastructure construction, management activities etc.
2. I was promoted as Director of Enterprise Application Development business in May 2000. Three Project Managers, one Technology Manager and One Sales Manager reported to me.
3. My team focused on proposing IT solutions to support the business transformation of our enterprise clients. We also developed web based enterprise information systems for clients in J2EE or Dot NET technologies. Senior consultant is another role of mine during those years.
4. I had led my business into a major benefit center with a growth rate of above 30% every year, achieved a gross margin of around 0.4 Million Euro in 2003 and about 0.37 Million Euro in the first six months of 2004 before I left for MBA study in France in July 2004.
5. I worked as project manager too since 1998 and had successfully led several big IT projects (with an investment of over 1 million Euro each one). The software projects I was involved include web-based enterprise OLTP system (running on WAN environment), enterprise Management Information System and E-Commerce system etc.
6. I was also a core member of ISO workgroup at NST, responsible for setting up the quality assurance process of enterprise system development. Before May 2000, my work focused at IT infrastructure and application platform construction as a project manager and consultant.
