  • Eurofactor Benelux - Project Director

    2013 - maintenant Following the merger between Eurofactor NV/SA and Eurofactor AG, in charge of the integration process.

    By combining the activities on the markets of Benelux and Germany, we will be able to create corporate synergies to strengthen our presence and our future development.
    With a combined annual turnover in purchased invoices of 14 Billion euro, Eurofactor becomes a prominent player in these factoring markets.

    The scope of the integration project is :
    - Acquisition (change of stakeholder),
    - Merger preparation and process (cross border merger, impacts evaluation, step plan management),
    - Formal and informal communication to staff,
    - Alignement of processes,
    - Negotiation and review of contracts with suppliers,
    - Accounting and Finance aspects,
    - Training,
    - Change of core IT tool,
    - Change Management.

    Accordingly, a cross boarder and multi-cultural team (BE, FR and DE) has been created with pilots and experts dedicated to each of the sub-projects.
  • Eurofactor Benelux - Country Manager

    2009 - 2013 Coordination of Eurofactor NV/SA operating on three markets (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg);
    Direct scope : Client, Finance, Back Office, Credit, Collection and IT depts.

    Achievements :
    - Sustainable profitability
    - Restructuring plan,
    - New Office relocation,
    - Cost cutting (cost income ratio reduced by 30 bp between 2009 and 2012),
    - New organization with new middle management,
    - New Sales & Clients strategy to focus on profitable contracts,
    - Cost of risk reduction (internal training and Risk indicators implementation),
    - Enhanced team spirit within the Management Team,
    - Internal Audit results improvements
  • EUROFACTOR Groupe Crédit Agricole - Responsable d'Exploitation

    Montrouge 2006 - 2009 Au sein du marché de la Grande Clientèle, j'ai pour mission la gestion des contrats d'affacturage de nos plus gros clients (CA confié supérieur à 50M€).

    Pour cela, je m'appuie sur une douzaine de collaborateurs répartis en 3 équipes.

    Nos missions :
    - Fidéliser nos clients,
    - Les accompagner dans leurs développements,
    - Répondre à leurs besoins en terme de nouveaux produits,
    - Suivre et maîtriser les risques financiers associés.
