Responsible of making team of engineers as efficient as possible. Recruit and onboard new talented engineers, and be accountable of the happiness, growth, and performance of each engineer, as well as of the team as a whole.
Responsibilities
- Refine and improve processes
- Make people grow their expertise and skills through feedbacks, coaching, and training
- Meet regularly with each engineer and help them set and achieve individual goals
- Work with the recruiting team to attract, interview, onboard, and retain talented engineers
- Ensure high team delivery and team spirit
- Improve collaboration and engineering practices across individuals and teams
- Work closely with product managers, VP engineering and product, and other Engineering Managers to ensure a perfect alignment about engineering and product strategy

Au sein du pôle R&D d'une 50aine de personnes ( développeurs, data analyst, product manager ) organisé à l'aide du framework SCRUM, je lead une équipe (une swarm : http://www.iadvize.com/blog/fr/product-swarms-organisation-parfaite/) de 5 à 10 développeurs.
Mon rôle : organiser l'équipe, études et specification techniques des features, travailler avec le product manager, m'assurer du bien être des membres de l'équipe et de l'adéquation des tâches qui leur sont demandées avec leurs compétences. Lorsque mon planning le permet développer et maintenir la solution iAdvize .
Je travaille notamment avec :
- outils organisationnel : Confluence et JIRA
- outil de versionning : git avec GitHub (integration-manager workflow)
- langages : PHP (ZF2, Laravel, Lumen), Javascript , CSS
- stockage : MySQL (avec Doctrine), Redis (NoSQL) , Postgres
