    2007 - 2008 - Responsible for the day to day running and maintenance of the Bachelors Mess (750 meals/day) and aiming to provide consistency in food quality and to meet the expectancies of the client.
    - Supervision and training of 27 local staff, in charge of the menu creation, budgeting and food and beverage provision, the waste segregation, HSE, as well as the end of the month accounts.
  • Universal Sodexho Nigeria - Club House Manager

    2007 - 2007 - Responsible for the day to day running of the Clubhouse and aiming to provide good customer service and consistency in food quality.
    - As well responsible for the maintenance of the TSKJ Swimming Pool; the barber shop and the "Woody's bush bar"
    - Supervision and training of 12 local staff, in charge of the menu creation, budgeting and food and beverage provision. In charge of the end of the day cash up and closing procedures as well as the end of the month accounts.
