I am currently working as counsultant for Limbourg & Partners. My job is to match the right candidate with the right company. I work in Düsseldorf, Germany.


Previously, I worked in Human Resources for almost 6 years, more specifically in Recruitment, for two big companies :
- Rio Tinto (2nd worldwide Mining Company)

- Bouygues Construction (building company, 54 000 employees)
For Bouygues I was recruiting the trainees, the graduates.

For Rio Tinto I was the University Relations Manager for Europe, I led a team of 4 people. Then I did some "classical" recruitment of finance profiles and mining engineers for Europe Middle East Africa. In parallel I was leading 2 projects, one redundancy plan and one to gather all the hiring contracts within EMEA.
