    Marseille 2009 - maintenant Export turnover : 32 M EUR (+35% Vs 2009).
    - Growing Export sales and profitability with Haribo subsidiaries, importers / distributors and agents.
    - Managing the Export Sales team, defining the Export strategy (Haribo and Ricqlès brands).
    - Launching new products adapted to foreign markets, setting up promotion plans, P&L monitoring.
    - E-commerce project leader. I also created a new shop concept and opened a boutique in Troyes (1,5M EUR).

    - Launching new products, setting up promotion, communication plans, focus groups.
    - In depth analysis of sales, market shares, distribution level, competition (TNS).
  • Danone - REGIONAL MANAGER MIDDLE-EAST AFRICA (Dubai, UAE)

    Paris 2000 - 2003 DANONE MIDDLE-EAST- Water Division (Evian, Volvic, Ferrarelle).
    - Elaborating marketing plans, setting targets (40 distributors). Team management, regional promotions, PR.
    - I opened an office in Dubai, recruited and trained a team of 4 Country Managers. Sales x2 (10M EUR), EBIT x3.
  • Danone - SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Paris 1998 - 2000 DANONE DAIRY PRODUCTS (Danone, Activia, Taillefine, Danette, Actimel, Gervais).
    - Responsible for selling, promoting and merchandising Danone products in 80 hyper and supermarkets.
  • Nestlé - TRAINING PERIOD - EXPORT DEPARTMENT

    Marne La Vallée Cedex 2 1998 - 1998 - Replacing Asia Zone Director during & maternity leave (8 months)
    - Coordinating the needs of Nestlé subsidiaries in Asia with Nestlé factories in France (Nescafé, Kit-Kat, Buitoni).
