    Opportunity assessment for Business Development in the Middle East, and initiated Business Plan for a new implantation in Dubaï.

    Project leader at Orange Senegal (GPRS mobile portal), Mobistar Belgium (convergent offers); contributed to the Tunisie Telecom Due Diligence, and a few strategic marketing projects at France Telecom Technocentre in Paris. Sold and delivered numerous projects (including industry reports, market entry assessments, marketing analysis) as Senior Consultant. Managed project teams of up to 12 people. Measured very good customer satisfaction and developped strong interpersonal & multicultural communication skills.
  • Orange France - Marketing Manager

    2002 - 2005 Segmentation Manager & Offer Manager for the Young adults segment (18-35 yo and students, app. 3m clients). Launched the first multimedia (SMS, MMS, video, wifi) unlimited tariff plan and a serie of commercial students offers. Achieved winback on the student segment and ARPU increase on the multimedia segment, successfully migrating a number of customers to high-end smartphones.

    Multimedia Manager, Youth market (app. 1m clients). Responsible for the launch of a complete multimedia loyalty program geared towards the Youth segment (13-18 yo). Budget: 3m€. Managed the tender process and the supplier (Avedya), lead the project team and successfully delivered a fast-track and disruptive offer available accross all tariff plans (prepaid/hybrid/postpaid).

    Product Manager. Responsible for the launch of the logos /screensavers / mobile postcards downloading service (app. 1,5m clients). Remained the first revenue generating service of the Orange world portal for quite some time..
