    My mission:
    - Develop long term trusted relationships with Wireless industry leaders
    - Target markets: Network design and optim (3G, B3G, PMR, GSM-R, Broadcast...) + Radio expertise (CW measurements, long term model tuning strategy, high level indoor/outdoor radio coverage studies...) + new usage (LBS, Navigation).
    - Develop brand awarness and trust amongst our partners and customers on the American continent.
    - Adapt European product & service offering to the American continent market thanks to market intelligence.

  • GE Healthcare Europe - Customers’ escalations leader at Service sourcing

    2006 - 2006 6 months internship based in BUC (FRANCE).

    The main missions were:
    - Worked at service sourcing with engineering, logistics, sourcing & service suppliers
    - Provide best service solution (Quality, price, LT, MOQ) to urgent customer demands.
    - Mapped and improved all internal & external processes using Lean Six Sigma
    - Outsourced my mission to GE India

    Achievements: backlog reduction from 250 to 30 customers’ escalations
  • Schwarzkopf & HENKEL - Salesman

    2005 - 2005 6 months internship based in Toulouse (France)

    - Sold all products of the Henkel cosmetic range (shower, deodorant, hair care, skin and body care…) to over 150 retailers in southwestern France.
    - Negotiated the display of products in supermarkets (availability, prices, and shelf-space)
    - Negotiation of promotional actions
    - Management of a sales budget.

    Achievements: Accomplishment of all missions given.
  • Caves Nicolas, CASTEL GROUP - Wine cellar manager

    2004 - 2004 2 months internship based in Rennes (France)

    - Followed advanced training in oenology given by a world-class sommelier
    - Advised customers, coordinated marketing, arranged for shipping, managed inventory.

    Achievements: Sales increase by 15%.
