En résumé

I'm both a software engineer, and a technical writer, which makes my profile quite unusual.

I use my technical skills every day to write reusable code samples and detailed documentation about Genesys API products, but I do much more than that. I'm an active member of the developer team, which I help by providing API feedbacks, walking though the API code, and participating in API reviews.

As part of the Genesys Technical Publications group, I also do my best to improve our documentation offer. In particular, I initiated and implemented the Genesys Online Documentation project.

Finally, ergonomics help me to enhance our customer experience, and in an Agile context, to improve internal processes and documentation interfaces.
