Outsourcing projects:
Setting up service or procurement framework agreements in view of coverage in those geographic zones where the group has little or none,
Designing and implementing the Storage strategy for the group (annual budget > €50m),
Leading the purchasing functions in the framework of the "Must Win" projects. Coordination of category managers
Strategic projects:
Setting up a framework "smart financing" agreement with a view to limiting or reducing group CAPEX,
Designing and implementing the Group’s Data Center Strategy ( > €100m),
Ensuring organisational support to Country Purchasing Departments, on targeted issues,
Defining and implementing the sustainable development policy of the purchasing function,
