    Blagnac 2012 - 2013 Support the improvement and management of expatriation processes through;
    • Research of information (data gathering) for project support and to answer questions from Expatriate Management/suppliers (e.g. payroll, tax advisors, provider of social security coverage, etc);
    • Process analysis and mapping, reflection on areas of improvement and drafting an action plan to reach goal;
    • Tracking and applications of social security coverage on a daily basis for all of Expatriate Management (+ filing of certificates of coverage received);
    • Tracking and chasing of authorization lists, benefits in kind, hypothetical tax refunds and tax split calculations/payments;
    • Review, validation and payment of tax and social security invoices (of suppliers);
    • Review of the Tax and Social security vendors’ contractual terms and conditions and implementation of a follow-up system and planning of the vendor’s performance;
    • Support the monitoring of notional salaries and the switch to contributions based on real salary.

    Participate to new projects and activities in the areas of tax and social security.
    Contribute to one of the transversal projects of Expatriate Management, for example the Travel and Expense Management outsourcing.
