I am in charge of the IT Application Operation organization : Level 1 to Level3 (ITIL Definition) World Wilde for Alcatel-Lucent account :
170 system SAP, EAI Webmethods, 60 000 daily scheduling jobs, 2500 databases, 4000 Applications.
More than 200 people based in EMEA, NAR and APJ (Bestshoring).
