    Missions :
    Au sein du département Architecture Technique et Intégration de Services puis de la Division Solutions et Ingénierie Informatiques, conduite de projets transverses en environnement Microsoft pour différentes Directions Techniques de la MAIF. Assistance à la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage lors de projets de déploiements de postes de travail. Participation aux choix techniques du catalogue de solutions de type serveurs et postes de travail. Pilotage des partenaires impliqués.

  • Nortel Networks - Chef de Projets-Gouvernance IT

    Toronto 1999 - 2005 Infrastructure Project Manager - NORTEL NETWORKS (Valbonne and Paris).
    1999 – 2005 : EMEA Regional Services / Project Management Office.

    Missions :
    Provided project management and service delivery activities, end-to-end solutions were to be delivered by partnering with Information Systems groups,Real Estate and Nortel Business customers.Coordinated across functional IT projects at assigned regions.
    Drove IS projects management, by enforcing Project Management methodologies, ensuring all appropriate documentation, plans and controls were created and maintained.
    Defined the exhibition framework and setup of required infrastructure needed by Nortel marketing, for exhibition and demonstration purposes. Transversal role across all IS groups.
    Represented EMEA within the Win2K Nortel task force, in charge of unified Windows 2000 deployment.
    Documented and reported infrastructure changes to involved Management and concerned Business regions.
    Implemented the information technology transition in the European region.

    Service Delivery Governance Prime - NORTEL NETWORKS (EMEA Southern).

    2003 - 2005 : Service Delivery EMEA.
    Missions :
    Acted as governance coordinator on the global Outsourcing project of legacy system support to CSC® started in 2000.
    Ensured service levels were maintained and provided to end customers.
    Reviewed and monitored supplier problems, workflows and escalation procedures.
    Defined and maintained the Business Resumption Plans to ensure business continuance and represented the entire IS organization to the local business leaders. (Italy,Spain,Middle East and Africa).
