    2014 - maintenant In charge of France and Geneva markets, my main responsibility is to build and manage a portfolio of lodging suppliers and drive production towards them to achieve substantial revenue growth on MetGlobal’s B2B sales channel.

    This includes preparing strategic plan to define key potential revenue producers, setting-up and maintaining trustful partner relationships with chain and individual hotels, negotiating favorable rates and inventory to reach production targets in terms of revenue and room night, providing constant operational support to hoteliers , sharing insights on our main source markets trends with partners, giving recommendation to our yield and sales departments on our products and on the specificities of each contract.

    2011 - 2013 - Creation of customized pricing, margin analysis, business cases for the Voice & Conferencing portfolio
    - Market & competitor analysis providing key information for defining the Voice Domain strategy
