    Courbevoie 2006 - 2011 Technical Product Support for Regional and Business Aircrafts.

    1) Customer Support:
    - Technical assistance (back-office) for operators or aircraft constructors;
    - Products representative/expert for the Customers and within Thales;
    - Operators/Constructors Conferences contributor.

    2) Suppliers management - transverse projects management:
    - in-service reliability (MTBUR / MTBF / Dispatch rate) monitoring, root causes analysis;
    - Definition and management of dedicated actions plans within Thales or with Thales' suppliers;
    - Strong involvement in the Design Evolutions Process, guaranteeing that any modification comply with the Operators and Thales Customer Support needs (design/doc/test bench modification process, retrofit policy...).

    - New CRM key user.

    3) Avionics systems knowledge:
    - Bombardier Dash8 Q400: PACIS, AIS (Communication, audio), ADS (Air Data System)...
    - Bombardier Global: HUD (head-up display)
    - Preparation of the Entry Into Service of the SSJ100 and ATR-600 (in training for complete avionics suite overview), focussing on the Audio/Com (SSJ) and IMA systems (SSJ / ATR).

    2002 - 2002 Creation of a website linked to an Oracle database, in order to manage, analyse and share technical data. Target: to improve team’s performance when launching new projects.
