En résumé

En charge du développement et de la structuration des activités de services à destination de la Restauration et de la Distribution pour le groupe Eurofins en France, j'encadre plusieurs centres de profit d'un effectif total de 150 personnes.

Notre ambition est de porter la somme des expertises d'Eurofins en Sécurité Alimentaire au service de nos clients, tout au long de la chaîne de valeur Agro-Alimentaire, de l'Industrie à la remise directe en Distribution ou en Restauration.

Au sein de ce service, nos auditeurs, qualiticiens, formateurs, préleveurs interviennent quotidiennement chez nos clients et garantissent les consommateurs contre les risques de contamination microbienne et fraudes alimentaires.

    Nantes 2013 - maintenant Leverage Eurofins France various competences in high-valued and off-site services by verticalyzing them into one single Business Line ‘Audit’

    Integrate all Eurofins Food expertise and services by positionning the Business Line as the main Customer Interface: Creating, Implementing and Following Food Safety control plans for the whole Food Industry supply chain (‘from the farm to the fork’), and redirect samples testing to individual Eurofins Labs

    Nantes 2012 - 2013 - Management of the Financial Service Support Business Unit for the Environment division in France : Building and managing a 20 accountants team; Reorganization of the internal service unit on a client/supplier pattern by business line served, delivery of monthly financial reporting by D+6
