I am a motivated, professional, highly organized and multilingual individual working as a Delivery Team Leader at Quanta Consultancy Services within the Life Sciences department.
My role involves the management responsibility on a daily basis of a team of Delivery Executive’s/Resourcers.
I liaise with the Delivery Team Manager to ensure the team are working on the right roles for the business, to set weekly / monthly objectives; complete monthly performance reviews and offer support / advice with their individual career progression at Quanta.

    Berkhamsted 2014 - 2016 Mes responsabilites:
    • Recherche de nouveau candidats pour des postes dans le domaine pharmaceutique – CDI/CDD et consulting
    • Préparation des profils et CVs et remise à l’équipe commerciale
    • Organisation des entretiens, préparation des candidats pour l’entretien et fournir des informations nécessaires aux déplacements etc.
    • Création des descriptifs de poste en Français, Anglais et Néerlandais
    • Recherche de nouveau business pour soutenir l’équipe commerciale

    En suivant l’approche honnête de Quanta je m’assure que nos clients ainsi que les candidats trouvent la solution pour leurs besoins et aspirations. L’objectif de Quanta et de créer une situation gagnant-gagnant pour satisfaire les deux parties.
    Mon but est de comprendre le besoin des clients et candidats pour pouvoir fournir la bonne solution et de créer des partenariats à long terme.
