Vlad obtained a Master's degree in industrial engineering and technological innovations from Ecole Centrale Paris and worked for six years in France with Dutch retail company Top Vision Group before coming back to Moscow to join major international executive search and human capital solutions firm, SpenglerFox. He pursued his career acquiring short but reach experience of managing an Executive Search & Performance Management department of international company HVS, specialized in hospitality industry. His multicultural experience spanning Russia, Japan, France and the United States has contributed strongly to establish a successful track record in executive search and leadership assessment. He also has a degree in Gestalt psychology and is looking forward to applying this knowledge to address human capital issues at client companies. Vlad has both French and Russian citizenship and is fluent in Russian, French and English.
