I have played a key role in the first Origin and Destination Revenue Management System developed by Amadeus with Scandinavian Airlines in 2015 as Stream Leader. One of the key achievements was the delivery three months in advance. Leading from this success, I moved to Singapore to support Asia Pacific RM customers. Especially successful was the second major RMS improvement with multiple Fare Family management in partnership with Singapore Airline. This has been a major success "with an increase of passenger flown revenue for the 1st time since 2013" as highlighted by SQ CEO Mr Goh in Nov17 in channelnewsasia.com.
I'm now collaborating with Singapore Airline for the introduction of Dynamic Pricing, the next level of RMS system.
