  • NISSAN Europe - After Sales CRM section manager

    2008 - 2011 Responsible for pan-European communication strategy and tools in terms of CRM, Internet, POS materials for 27 countries to increase customer loyalty
    Budget: 450 K€ / year central budget – Team management of 3 people

    Main responsibilities:
    CRM strategy & coordination: definition and implementation of the pan-European
    Customer Journey, allocation of annual budget, challenge/negotiate with local CRM teams
    against central tools development
    Manage creative and production agencies for brochures, web, CRM activities (budget
    allowance, brief and follow-up, project monitoring)
    Development of central POS materials to support central programs (extended warranty,
    maintenance contracts, genuine parts & accessories promotion,...)

    Main accomplishments:
    - Pan-European deployment of a B2B European Nissan Online Catalogue System for all genuine accessories and parts (prices, manuals, pictures, homologation) – 18 markets
    - Pan-European deployment of B2C web functionalities to increase customer loyalty and enhance customer data capture through online services- 27 countries ( interactive e-brochures, online quotations for maintenance & services, online dealer appointment, ...)
  • ELEGANCE Paris - Responsable Marketing B2C

    2004 - 2008 Responsible for French and Belgium marketing strategy (E-business and network), direct report to head-office
    Budget: 1,7 M€ / year – Team management of 4 people

    Main responsibilities:
    CRM strategy definition, development of direct mailings campaigns for both markets (12 mailings/year), analysis, tracking
    Customer service/Call centre management; target set up, audit of processes
    Project manager for the launch of new e-business website for France and Belgium
    Monthly reporting for both channels (e-business and network)

    - Process improvements in terms of efficiency and organization: set up of training, assessment interviews.
